How to Buy Artworks on NAWA Artscape

All artwork prices are available on request only. To inquire about the prices of specific pieces, kindly send your request directly to us through the individual artwork page. We will respond via email with the requested information.

Upon initial email correspondence, a follow-up visual presentation via video call can be arranged upon request (member registration required), contingent upon the artwork’s storage location.

Once you confirm your order, we will send you a password-protected online invoice where you can select your preferred payment method and input your shipping details. Payment is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Please be aware that we will hold the artwork for you for 14 days from the online invoice date before canceling the sale if full payment is not received.

Upon receipt and confirmation of your payment, we will begin preparing the artwork for shipping. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is completed.

Terms and Conditions:

We accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or bank transfer only. Bank transfer charges from country where the transfer is being set up will be fully borne by you, the customer.

After your order and full payment are received, your item(s) will be shipped from our warehouses in Japan or Singapore within 14 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons or preferences. Feel free to inquire about any artwork before making a purchase.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Prices displayed are subject to change based on market conditions.

Artwork prices do not include packing and shipping costs, which will be provided separately and added to the invoice once your order is confirmed.
